Begnins

The vineyards of Begnins cover an area of around 100 hectares and enjoy long hours of sunshine. The introduction of strict quality guidelines, which wine-growers make every effort to observe, allows the production of wines that respect both tradition and local soil conditions. Several varieties are grown: Chasselas, Pinot Noir, Gamay, as well as different speciality wines.
