Like a jewel set between Lake Geneva and the Jura mountains, the wine-growing area of Mont-sur-Rolle extends over more than 250 hectares. The altitude of hillside vineyards varies between 400 and 600 metres above sea-level, and the clay in their rocky soil gives their wine a unique character. Accounting for 70% of production, Chasselas has a lively, firm and well-structured character, with aromas revealing delicate floral notes. Rich on the palate, it stands out by its structure and mineral flavours. Speciality white wines and high-quality reds are also produced here.
